I tried re-installing the drivers and even rolling back to the previous version of Windows, but that did not help at all, and now I'm at a major blockade. I am able to change the clock speed but the moment Im done adjusting it, it goes back to 0. Since last week the GPU Tweak display started showing the Clock Speed as 0 MHz. I used MSI Afterburner also, and although it showed the correct clock speeds, again, any slight OC resulted in a Windows crash and restart. I purchased an Asus GTX 770 GPU a couple of months ago and have been using it without problems since then.

I figured a simple mode switch would fix it, but no matter what mode I switched to, if it changed the clocks, it would crash Windows with a full red or green screen and then the pc would restart automatically. I looked in GPU Tweak and the GPU Usage was 101% constantly, with the memory clock being at its max.

Well I updated Windows 10 to the latest version - 1809, and I noticed that my gaming performance took a big hit. So after some days of testing and trying to figure out what was causing the problem (for example driver reinstalling/trying different drivers or setting the fans to max to see if heat was the problem) without finding the actual cause (note Asus GPU Tweak II was always running when I tested this stuff) Ive had enough and just wanted to play some.
